2-7 is considered the dreaded hand in a full-table game of poker. It has a history of being the worst hand in a table full of players. The very best hand to get in a full table game is pocket Aces. 2-7 is not the only bad pair you can get. The other bad or worse hands include 3-9, 2-9, 2-8, and 3-8. 2-7 offsuit starting hand has only 4% winning chances against nine random hands. Pocket Aces, on the other hand, offers a 30% winning chances preflop. However, even pocket Aces does not guarantee you a win and should be folded at times after the flop or river.
